Room temperature control could use serious attention!!! the limited views from the rooms feel disappointing, especially for those wanting a picturesque experience. Noise disturbances from neighbors were also distracting.

i had a fantastic time at the nh collection. the two-room suite was spacious, and perfect for our family. the location is ideal, just a short walk to el retiro park and many restaurants nearby. breakfast was delightful, with plenty of options to start our day. the outdoor pool was a lovely spot to cool off after exploring.

The service exceeded our expectations, especially the assistance provided for my mom with the handicapped shower. The turn down service every night was a pleasant touch that added to our comfort. We appreciated the city view, which enhanced our stay and offered a wonderful glimpse of the surroundings.

my recent stay was fantastic, especially with the amazing breakfast that truly exceeded my expectations and the easy access to Parque del Retiro, which made my city strolls so enjoyable.

I spent 5 nights at the NH Collection Colón for a mix of business and leisure. The check-in process was smooth, and I received a Superior Double or Twin XL Room that was incredibly spacious and immaculately clean. The shower room was well designed, making it a refreshing space after a day out. Cristhian at the concierge really made my stay better with local recommendations. The breakfast served was delightful, with a good range of options to kickstart my days. I did notice a strong smell of bleach in the room. not having a view from my window was disappointing. While the location was excellent for getting around, the hotel's lack of public spaces felt a bit constricted for a luxury hotel. I appreciated the attentive service and modern amenities, but some aspects could definitely improve, especially regarding room odors.
